Original rating was 3 but now 5: Update 2: billie amazing! She communities well and is prompt. She did her search while I hovered over her 😂 she expressed no concerns regarding bed bugs. She gave me the option to reach out to her about any future bugs I find if I’m nervous. I understand the miscommunication regarding my first review due to where I live! *still might get the dog because I’m nuts 😂 but Billie said she would sleep in the room so I’m confident now* Update: I have received a call this morning and personally text from Billie! An inspection set tomorrow morning. I like to note Billie did try to come today but unfortunately scheduling didn’t work. I appreciated her trying to come today! I called yesterday for inspection possibly regarding bed bugs. I expressed my concerns. I gave my name and number was told Billie would call which I was excited about because reviews said she’s great! I don’t blame Billie-maybe there was a communication issue regarding this. However, bed bug are so invasive I don’t have time to wait I never received a call. I understand that pest control is a taxing job and I can only imagine how hard. I am already in spiral so my frustration waiting for the inspector to call. I searched for a bit for a decent inspector based of reviews. I was even interested in purchasing the K9 to help search. Did end up finding someone local but will likely have another or even hire K9 to make me feel comfortable. Currently the diagnose is carpet beetles but I’m not confident.

I can't say enough about how great the service was from Waltham Pest Services! We found an underground yellowjacket nest that they came out to tackle for us. I submitted an online form Wednesday evening, they called me first thing yesterday morning and just finished treating the nest. The woman that called was delightful and Mark the service representative that came to the house was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them! Oh, and they have a 30 day guarantee in case not all of my stinging friends aren't taken care of!

We used Waltham Pest Services for a hornets nest in one of our trees and to spray the outside of our home to prevent bugs and pests. Bill who came to the house was so kind and did a wonderful job of explaining everything he was doing to us. He was extremely professional and respectful too. Pam who I booked the appointment through was very nice and made the entire process so easy. I would highly recommend using Waltham Pest Services for any of your pest control needs. I had such an amazing experience!

I am in the service industry and the folks in the New London office are great, polite professional, and deliver what they promise. The office manager Karen is so nice on the phone and takes the time to answer all my questions, Billie the service manager is awesome, knowledgeable, professional, and is quick to respond. I even called her manager Jeff and told him how great his staff is and he thanked me for the call and one week later stopped by to see me to thank me in person.

Called upon this great company for a NPMA 33 wood destroying organisms report needed for a VA Loan on the house. Billie came out inspected and also doned a bee suit and dusted the annoying yellow jacket nest. Well worth the price. Very professional and personable staff.
