While we strive to celebrate our team every day, we hold a special appreciation for our veterans.

Transitioning from military service to the civilian workforce brings unique challenges, and at Waltham Pest Services, we’re proud to help by actively recruiting veterans. Veterans bring quick learning abilities, inherent leadership, and unparalleled skill in managing stress and schedules. For us, hiring veterans isn’t just a goal; it’s a commitment we take seriously.

At the harder working Waltham, we make sure to celebrate our veterans, too. We try to do it every day, but what better way than Veteran’s Day to toot that horn? Every year on Veteran’s Day, our veterans are sent a ‘Veteran Appreciation Gift’ – it’s a token of our appreciation that helps to thank them for their service to our country and to our company. Every branch also takes the veterans that work there out for a special breakfast. Breaking bread (and pancakes and eggs) with someone means something. And with our veterans, it means even more.

During their service time, our veterans focused every day on protecting people and their country. As stewards of Waltham Pest Services, they now focus every day on protecting the health and safety of our communities where we live and work. As natural leaders, they help us all collectively move in the right direction of creating an exceptional environment for everyone.

The team at Waltham Pest Services brings the passion with them wherever they go. When you work with people you can depend upon, the passion for what you do grows – and it can’t be contained. When you’re a teammate at Waltham, you’re really gaining another family. From community involvement to sharing lunch, our teammates support each other, have fun together, and take pride in providing excellent service to our customers.
